I found this article to be extremely interesting in regards to brands and their followers on social media.  Apparently as the article states Breaking up isn’t always hard to do when it comes to brands and their social media followers.  I know I have done it before and just stopped following a brand because I only wanted a one time offer, or the material was boring, etc.  This is a great article because it shows some very intriguing figures for businesses/brands to keep in mind as they keep up on their social media presence.
